4. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms and your license or subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services. Sentendra and its content, features, and technology remain our property or our licensors’. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you input and for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with your own privacy and security obligations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sentendra and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with notice where required. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limits and indemnification) will survive termination.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
