Sentendra provides an AI-powered incident response and security operations platform, including alert triage, case management, observables, analytics, integrations, and related features. Services may be provided as self-hosted software or as a hosted offering, as specified in your agreement with us.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to:

• Use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Provide accurate account and contact information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the security of your credentials and not share them with unauthorized parties.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sentendra and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with notice where required. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limits and indemnification) will survive termination.
